Sofias former posts include Chorus Master at Malmö Opera and Malmö Stadsteater, guest conductor of the Swedish Radio Choir, Malmö Symphony Orchestra and at Lund Choral International Festival. As soloist she has also performed at Skånes Dansteater, Operaverkstan and Teater Insite. In cooperation with Malmö Live Concert Hall, she founded Malmö Live Vokalensemble in 2015 and stayed their Director until 2018 when she was selected as Chief Conductor and Artistic Director of the Danish Chamber Choir Camerata. The same year she was awarded the prestigious Region Skånes Culture Award (click to read the interview) Sofia is frequently writing new music and arrangements for her ensembles.
